Dette projekt gennemføres af lektor Ada Scupola, Roskilde Universitet, der oprindelig var hovedvejleder for nedennævnte PhD-projekt om Industrial Service Strategies og nu er hovedvejleder for ovennævnte nye PhD-projekt om Innovation and FM. Der er i 2011 præsenteret papers fra projektet ved 2 konferencer, herunder CFM’s nordiske konference i august. Der er endvidere udarbejdet en artikel, som er under review i en international journal.
